About Your Visit
Surgery Associate’s reputation is based on our use of state-of-the-art techniques performed skillfully and with an attitude of caring. Perhaps, you have been referred to our office by your physician or a friend for specialized surgical care. Certainly, you will receive a thoughtful, honest surgical opinion.
We see patients by appointment only. As a result, we can reserve ample time for examination and discussion. You may reach our surgeons at all times by calling the paging service at 662-377-3798.
We ask that you print, fill out and bring the forms listed below with you for your appointment. Consequently, this helps make your visit more efficient. Without a doubt, we realize that every patient is unique and has specific needs. With this in mind, please contact us if you have a special need that we can assist you with.
Your referral is the highest compliment that we can receive. Thus, please know that our appointment book is always open for someone you know.
After we complete our specialized care, we encourage you to return to your family physician for regular checkups and medical care.
